Christos graduated from Coventry University in 2007 and obtained an L.L.B (Hons). He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2008 and joined the firm in 2010 after 2 years of practising law as an associate lawyer in a major litigation firm in Nicosia. In 2015 Christo was admitted as partner of the firm.

His practise focuses on civil disputes with specialization in commercial and corporate litigation. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, employment law, privacy and data protection, consumer protection, intellectual property law and commercial litigation.

Christos has considerable experience in all types of restructuring and insolvency assignments, both personal and corporate, across a wide range of sectors. He also has extensive knowledge and has handled a series of complex cases concerning receivers appointed under the terms of floating charges, and he has successfully managed to discharge interim prohibitory orders against the clients of the firm. He also provides legal opinions regarding matters of Receivers/Managers.

He also has substantial experience in all aspects of Employment Law and has the ability to engage in an employment Court case and he is able to advise both employees and employers on issues relating to employment law..

Main areas of practice are: Corporate Litigation, Shareholders’ Disputes, Injunctions and General Commercial Litigation, Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Receivers/Managers Law, Insolvency Law Tort Law and Employment Law.
